Drainage Improvements

A 16 year old home had a foundation drain failure. Examination by A. Ubano Construction revealed that outdated corrugated drain pipe had been used. These pipes are subject to crushing, root intrusion and failure. The home had flooded twice in the last 12 years. Rather than replacing the old pipe and disturbing mature trees the homeowner was advised to add an additional 10" commerical grade PVC drainage pipe. In two days the new pipe was installed. Fill was brought in to level the ground and the area was seeded and brought back to it original condition.

The homeowner will not have to worry about future flooding again.
